So it’s two days after I ran the U.S. Air Force Half Marathon in Dayton, Ohio and I’m not moving to well. There’s an old Monty Python skit about the Minister of Silly Walks which I have always found humorous. But not everyone loves Monty Python. My wife thinks my son and I are completely stupid when we watch anything by them. This morning as I tried to move out of the bed everything was a little tighter than yesterday and all I could do was laugh. I hope this brings a laugh to you as I shuffle through my day. Have a great day and if you see me or anyone walking this way congratulate them on their run.
