Losing my grip

Sometimes in life things just come unglued.

How you react is key to life and death. Dr. Caroline Leaf in her book, ‘Who switched off my brain?’ says that 87% of illnesses are a direct result of our thought life. The chemicals produced from stress, anger and unforgiveness to name a few do damage to our bodies.

Getting a grip on our emotions and thoughts are key to good health. There’s nothing wrong with emotions but when they dominate us and we become out of control. Which usually takes us to places we should have never gone.

Don’t come unglued. Taking 3 deep breaths slows our heart rate down and gets oxygen back into the bloodstream. Don’t be reactive be, proactive and find solutions that our best for every situation.
