Getting a grip on our emotions and thoughts are key to good health. There’s nothing wrong with emotions but when they dominate us and we become out of control. Which usually takes us to places we should have never gone.
Don’t come unglued. Taking 3 deep breaths slows our heart rate down and gets oxygen back into the bloodstream. Don’t be reactive be, proactive and find solutions that our best for every situation.
